😠 Service has been Worst from SBI RACPC Center. The Relationship manager is arrogant,doesn't have basic manners of communications , no planning and service is employee centric rather than customer centric. Be ready to revisit bank 4-5 times for a completing a simple documentation work.

🫤 Bank professionals are not competent. No clear communication. Had to struggle for a simple status conversion. There will be no responses to emails. Despite giving them proper address details and information, they will update it in the portal with lot of spelling errors. Disappointed.

😠 Horrible experience. No token system. No queue. Its like fish market. Just 4 counters and hundreds of people. If anything you ask the only answer you get is " Go to home branch". For senior citizen/disabled people no separate counter. If you want to waste your valuable time then only visit this bank...
