very unsatisfactory and unethical at all. we are customers. we are treated like animals. checkin time. we can't go out and enter the room..? the main door is locked so you can't go out/ enter the hotel once you go...

Lokasinya dari jalan utama, masuk ke dalam gang kurang lebih 100 m saja. Tidak semua guest house dapat melayani pada saat tengah malam, tapi di sini 24...
