😠 Nomor tlp yg terdaftar tidak bs dihubungi pd saat akan check in..sy rugi point aplikasi yg sudah sy keluarkan, walaupun diganti oleh pihak hotel, itu kan hanya sebatas uang tanpa pengembalian point yg sudah ter-redeem sebelumnya..
Kalau memang tdk sanggup pelayanan sampai tengah malam, alangkah baik...
