👍👍 I thank Bhayangkara Hospital, because I am from out of town (DKI Jakarta) with BPJS users, I can be served well for the second vaccine. and treatment for other poly. Hope to continue to improve its services to serve patients.

😠 When arrived in room, room not ready (just cleaning after we arrived), 1 of nurse not train well (my son 2 yo treat not good), forget to bring 1 medicine (in adminstration not have given), VIP room too small and no refrigerator (they mention in website with refrigerator, toilet so dirty)

😠 Trust me, This is the last hospital you wanna visit. Slow administration, 0 manner staff & nurse, broken AC, we slept with tons of sweat and even had to bring our own fan. This will be the first and the last one.

😠 Honestly, if I could give 0 star I would. Truly bad hospital. Poor facilities. really bad service and unprofessional. Not recommended. Funnily enough, even the admin of hospital only copy-pastes the same reply like generic corporate bot for every review. Shame.

😠 Bad service as my though. Government Hospital Giving my father a queue number, but the staff calling the patient by name, so we don't know the queue goes to what number.

😠 The worst hospital ever! They didn't accept any patient (EXCEPT FOR COVID PATIENT OF COURSE), even in the emergency situation. We came to ER, my bf had a gastric emergency that need to be treated, but they didn't let us in, instead let my bf dying outside the ER front door. WHAT KIND OF HOSPITAL????...

😠 A hospital that I will never go to again forever and as best I can. BPJS referral doctors always come home and go home. For BPJS patients, never ask for a referral here. Very not recommended. Paying BPJS is not cheap, we are not free. Pay more than private insurance. Not clear!
