😠 bad. recently i booked by oyo apps, i cashed out at 150.000 rupiah but also requested 100.000 rupiah more in case, they said it is apps error. even in the beginning they told me that my booked rooms weren't paid yet. later i argued calmly and got an appointment at last. worst service i ever had.
