😠 This hotel name is the same than other in Malang. This is confusing people who booked and then these guys do not refund money. Also this is too cold inside the room and doors are making lot of noise, very noisy and clapping doors all night. Not easy to sleep.

🫤 I had made a reservation a few days before, and on the day to check in, the hotel staff called asking for the cancelation. Of course, I refuse it as I already travel from Bekasi to Bandung.
