😠 We had a really bad experience with the reception lady. The lady in the reception is not well when speak with us. I would say it's too arrogant. Also she didnt give the receipt, only the edc receipt from the card. Hopefully the management hears this for the improvement. I am happy to answer any ques...

😐 Okay place for hang out with friends. The place is not that big, but overall clean and the prices is relatively cheap compared to other karaoke. The facility is not the best. The song list is not that wide, but all the popular song is here, especially indonesian song.
