😠 Sdh pesan kamar utk menginap di hotel ini melalui aplikasi OYO dan sdh konfirmasi. Ketika saya sdh sampai di hotel ini sekitar jam 7 malam ternyata mereka sudah tutup, sdh tdk ada resepsionisnya. Ada pengumuman di kertas yg ditempel di meja resepsionis menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak menerima tamu y...

😠 I booked via an application, but was refused check-in by the hotel on the grounds that the price in the application did not match the price the hotel wanted. Even though hotel guests have nothing to do with prices that match or do not match the application. The service is really bad.
