😠 Honestly, the service we experienced from entry to handling was very disappointing, we use the public (paid) what about BPJS? less friendliness, This really needs total reform and improvement of quality human resources

😠 Don't worry about free bpjs and continue to refer services to old hospitals for months, want to change referrals instead they are said to be the same as those with dental procedures "if you don't want to take a long time, pay". Think bpjs don't pay monthly? Hah? ha ha ha!
