😠 I have stayed there for almost 3 years, the place is old but still actually ok. During my stay, The monthly rental increased from IDR 5.5 million to IDR 8.5 million, then suddenly increase again recently to IDR 13 million! That last increase is insanely 53% ! It is over priced. The bed is sucks...

😠 1. Extremely filthy toilet and room. Actual condition far from the photos on internet. 2. Swimming pool, the most turbid pool I have ever seen in my life. Gym and laundry use up to 8pm only. 3. No WiFi in the room, you can only use WiFi at restaurant or rooftop with low signal and frequent cut-offs....
