Best places: Gated communities in Pematang Cengkring, Indonesia

😐 The price is nice, great even, location wise is a bit far from city center, but on the bright side, it's not far far from medan zoo. On other disadvantage in my opinion is the complex seems a bit rundown for a new one.

👍👍 Nice housing complex with modern simple design, there are a few facilities for the residents to use and there are a few small parks and green scenery around. The complex is expanding and there are new developments inside, i think there are still vacant houses to sell.

👍 Housing located on STM street is quite beautiful and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Medan. House is very comfortable. There are a swimming pool , Clean and well maintained.
