😠 One star because it no longer exists..completely closed the store is gone..and it is not reopening.

😠 Employees are not friendly, bought a watch after a few hours and it was completely dead, exchanged it for a new one, it wasn't good but it was the same, is this actually new or has it been damaged?? The price of the watch is IDR 100,000.. get the watch repairman to service it and replace the battery...

😠 Both the boss and staff are unfriendly, do not pay attention to customer service, and only try to avoid complaints. They also have a very no-nonsense refund and exchange policy. I don't know if it's because it's a money-making store, but it's never a customer-first store.
