👍👍 Does not get much better than this. Can be reached by day hike or several days hike, with sleepover in the campsites on the rim. The views are extra good as you can see Rinjani summit, the rim, lake, volcano and Bali including Mount Agung in the other side.

Mangku Sakti Waterfall Sajang

👍👍 There is a point on GoogleMaps near the Mangku Sakti Waterfall, named “Parking Area Mangku Sakti Waterfall”. DO NOT GO THERE. There is nothing left, just a few destroyed wooden huts, NO connection to the waterfall and the way there is like hell.
If you Wanne reach the waterfall, go from the top.

😠 This waterfall used to cost 10 000 rupiah for tourists and now it is changed to the ridiculous price of 150 000 per person because it is within the national park area. Local people pay 5000 rupiah. I dont mind paying a bit more than locals but this is a ridiculous rip off :-(
