😠 Hotel is dirty. I don’t mind old hotel but cleanliness is very critical. Multiple stained on bed sheets and rest room is moldy and toilet bowl is nasty. No hot water for shower and water clogged as well. I wonder if there is any maintenance done on this place.

😐 Not bad, the staff are very helpful but the management need to ask them to follow health protocol by at least wearing mask during pandemic time. First floor full with guests also doesn't wearing any.

👍👍 If you wanna go to Nias Island - you in the right place! I strongly reccomend buy busines class ticket (its not expencive - about 125.000 IRH in 2018) and take camping mat with you.

😐 You will get the best experience to eat various seafood but it's a little bit expensive $$$$.

😐 A little bit overprice hotel with standard facilities,however there is one or two hotel with good standard or same facilities at Sibolga city so that customer cant choose any other choice. Need to increase better services and also facilities, need to added more breakfast menu, receptionist need more...

🫤 Dodgy business, they give you a tiny bottle of water upon sitting. We drank assuming it was free like any water that’s placed on your table at a restaurant. Then they charged us 4500 per little bottle
