😠 already booked with specific requests, hijab room and female personel(s), but when i got there, the female personel is on leave. bad service and waste of my time to come to this place. they offer to reschedule, but don't bother, i will never come here again

😠 Wow very dissappointing. Got the glue to my eye ball which caused pain during the process and later inflammation (with pain) for days. Had to go the doctor to get medication. Nash did not want to be responsible for this. They did not give me a refund nor to cover the doctor’s bills. Bad service 👎🏼

🫤 Not recommended! Do not take the massage package even if you have no expectations on the quality. Makes u feel nothing after. Better self-lulur at home. Creambath still okay.

😠 Specifically ask the cashier for a Creambath treatment for my short-haired Dad, ended up got billed a Hair Spa for Long Hair... with a different bill from the usual. You better be careful if you dont know what treatment they offer you in the passing-by conversations, it might costs you extra hundred...
