👍👍 The boarding house is priced at 1.5 million. Parking is quite spacious. En suite bathroom. AIR CONDITIONING. Shared kitchen. Clean. It's inside the complex so it's quieter & more comfortable.

👍 It has lots of plus like the building is new and modern. I like the design, cozy room, the internet is fast, there are CCTVs everywhere so you feel safe. The only minus for me was that the room I had was no window, and no cable TV, but other than that I enjoyed my stay.
