😠 i made a reservation at 1pm through Whatsapp customer service. So i came there exactly at 1pm and i told the reception that i have made my reservation. The receptionist wasn't friendly and told me that i haven't made any reservation yet. I showed them my rsv on whatsapp and they told me to wait.
