👍👍 Nice airport with good services. Plenty of stores and supported facilities here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The airport railink services was nice too, connecting Deli and Medan with a quick transportation. The toilet was clean, the other facilities were well maintained as well.

😠 Can you please make the service friendlier to passengers? especially to the female counter staff, they are not friendly and they speak cynically and they don't have rude manners, if the buyer doesn't know, they can be told well, but this won't be annoying, like they haven't been trained before work,...
