👍 I couldn't get toiletries so I had to go to the shop first to buy them... the place was comfortable but there were lots of mosquitoes... even though I turned on the AC... Friendly service. Get breakfast.

😠 Saya pilih kamar superior "kata pegawainya" Kamar sangat kotor. Apalagi Kamar mandinya. Beh sangat kotor. Kasur bikin gatel karena berdebu. Seperti tidak pernah di bersihkan. Pertama masuk area parkir suasana pengap pas naik ke atas lebih parah. . Saya memutuskan untuk membayar hotel di sini SB HOTE...

👍 Hotel baru , bersih dan nyaman utk beristirahat, pelayanan jg ramah....,hanya saja sinyal wifi kurang baik, beberapa kali sy terpental dr zoom krn wifi sering menghilang. ., sukses selalu utk hotel l'tefa..., semoga kedepannya semakin baik...

😠 Dirty toilets, used towels, more like doormats...no slime, dirty mattresses...sorry for the 1 star rating. Because it's disappointing..
