😠 Called for an emergency on a Sunday and didn’t get any help. The phone operator was rude, unprofessional and if you are not a native speaker will let you die.

😠 the person working at the reception is not friendly to patients at all, she is rude and cannot provide reliable information, even though you wait 5 hours for the doctor to call you back. this is just a joke. maybe it's time to shut down this place as it's not patient friendly and has a huge problem...
