😠 Order processing takes weeks. Still waiting for the items bought 3 weeks ago. Would not recommend. Might as well order straight from the manufacturers.

😠 I run an outdoor company (Wild Summits) and have spent a lot of money in this store over the years and now cannot recommend them due to their over the top strict policies. I bought a few pairs of boots for staff members for Christmas as gifts. One of the pairs doesn't fit so I rang them to explain....
