👍👍 I'm in my 70th year and got a chance to participate in water aerobics with the over 55s and I decided to take a chance and it's a great way of waking up muscles that were dormant for a long time, the over 55s are also doing swimming 🏊‍♂️ 💪 lessons of which I'm also availing of ,most enjoyable
