👍👍 Nice gym and some great machines for muscle building. Also strength and conditioning classes available for groups and sports teams.

👍👍 Great gym with a great atmosphere and the fitness classes suit a range of fitness goals and also great fun. An excellent gym for teenagers. Paul is an exceptional fitness instructor and Weightlifting coach. Both Paul and Elaine are very professional it's a pleasure to train in their gym.

😐 A typical GAA facility. Nothing special nothing and nothing to dislike.

😠 Ten euro to get in and see the local farmer kids hurding the local girls like cattle (sometimes hard to tell the difference). The spirits also watered down in plastic glasses. No thanks.
