😠 They don't run to appointment times, we were waiting 45 mins. Asked for gel nails, was told they are better at Acrylic even though I booked for gel. The technicians all talk and laugh among themselves, very uncomfortable. One has no English doing nails. Observed one man, ungloved, finishing a ladies...

😠 Incredibly rude staff when I visited this week. Absolutely no cleaning done between staff/customers so couldn’t say pandemic-friendly. My shellac nails lasted 2 days (usually last 2-3 weeks from other salons). Cheap as chips but you get what you pay for I guess.
