👍👍 Qualified and very friendly staff! Crossfit, spinning, karate, k1, weight room, nutritionist, steopath. Outside the gym they have tractor wheels for lifting, naval ropes, sleds and much more. Absolutely the best gym in the area!

😠 Maybe it’s just me, but very tight and no room in the weights area. A lot of equipment is old. Also every evening it is full of screaming children, not my kind of gym unfortunately. Better value for money in the area.
