😐 The food quality was poor compared to Italian standards. The bruschette bread was barely eatable. It tasted like reheaten bread. The tapenade and olives on top were scarce. Very much overpriced for the food.

👍👍 Stunning palace and gardens are a must for visitors to Stresa. Reasonable cost for small boat to the 3 islands . Make a day of it visiting all three. You won't be disappointed. If you leave at around 10am, you will get over to your first island before it gets too busy.
