😐 I have known La Piadineria for years and now that it is spreading over the territory I have the opportunity to appreciate it more. I liked a good piada called: La Montagna with sausage, speck, smoked provola, porcini mushrooms, lettuce and lumberjack sauce. Cooked and prepared before my eyes .........
