👍👍 I was in Cosenza for a couple of days and I was able to train in Kodokan by paying a daily fee. Marco and Patrizia were very kind and helpful hosts, and their gym is an awesome place to train Weightlifting, Crossfit, Martial Arts or just gym in general. Grazie mille per averci ospitato!

😐 So-so gym, very knowledgeable and friendly staff (it's the only reason why I go to this gym) otherwise it's very expensive compared to other choices and the machinery and equipment are a little dated. Recommended only for the staff, otherwise you can find better.
