😠 Negative experience with rude staff with no control over the room after 15 minutes of waiting they took orders from people who arrived later and didn't say hello to our table and seemed very annoyed!! We're gone! Advice: attention to the customer, kindness and education

👍 Pleasant pastry bar, with delicious desserts, chocolates and delicious cakes. Young staff, sometimes inept and not always friendly. Tea room for an afternoon snack or business lunches

👍👍 Came here to only try the famous straciatella ice cream. The scoop was quite big. Ice cream was very tasty, not to sweet, soft, milky, and pieces of dark chocolate were a nice balance. Definitely recommend to try when in Bergamo.
