😠 Hot items are cold. If you order a toasty it will be cold ham and the cheese only slightly melted and cold. Music is too loud to have the employees understand what you are ordering. Employees also scream randomly. Don’t bother going here and move on.

👍 Tasty Arancina which is made fresh per order. I really liked the chicken and curry one. The place is more of a to-go restaurant wiry limited seating capacity. The staff is friendly and speak english. The prices are ok as the place is in the center of Palermo.
