😠 Ritengo scandalosa la gestione del centralino delle chiamate per effettuare una prenotazione, più di 10 chiamate con una media di attesa di sei minuti prima che ti riattaccassero il telefono. Fossi il gestore licenzierei gli addetti alle prenotazioni. Ho prenotato in un altro centro.
