😠 Unpolite service provided from the staff, completely underrated customer service , and basically no one been ready to help ,

😠 It happens very often, if not always, that the speaker in the central / main floor is closed. The staff (who generally roam around the closed cash desk ...) kindly invites you to go to the cash desk two floors above .... The staff are not grumpy on the contrary ... they are definitely indifferent....
