👍 Not sure why the bad reviews. Booked directly for Milan to Como tour and had the loveliest day. There was confusion in the morning with all the buses and tours but once that was sorted, it was great. Michaela (?) was a fantastic tour guide

😠 I book in November for 11 and 12 June Today, June 10th they tell me they don't have any free apartments due to breakdowns and I find myself going to Milan without a place to sleep and they also withheld the booking money... Absolutely criminals
