👍👍 Nice museum. Free entry. Many things to see, it is modorn museum, clean and many info boards available. Strongly recommend to visit. Right next to entrance to Petra. There is a gift shop but seems to be a bit expensive

This massive theatre has been cut into the hillside and is surrounded by nearby sandstone walls littered with ancient tombs. It's worth seeing and it's too far ahead and there's toilets on the way! 😐 This is the place where Moses hit his stick on rock to obtain water for his followers. Today many visitors not only drink water from here but also fill bottles to carry with them.

👍👍 The Palace Tomb is for me one of the most impressive "buildings" in Petra. Especially, because nobody knows what it's been used for. It's just mysterious. No signs of graves or burials have been discovered.
