😠 Worst service I have experienced in a long time. Called to come for injection only to arrive and told they did not have supply. Non apologetic and non remorseful staff. A lot of quarrelling between the staff. Avoid.

😠 I wouldn’t recommend this facility in Nairobi to anyone looking for a specialist that cares about a patients well-being. For context, my wife and I visited Dr Sarita around the mid of 2020 for treatment. The staff at fertility point was in general rude, messed up the billing for meds more than once...
