😠 Worst delivery option thus far. My order took 5 days to deliver and they only delivered on the 5th day because I asked for a refund. As if that is not enough, the items were short of ten items of the same product which I had duly paid for. Can't say much about their in-store service but save yoursel...

👍👍 I have nothing but good words for Aquapet. Their website has a very good selection of cat food that is reasonably priced and my cats have never rejected their brands. They call before they deliver just in case you are out. Good customer service.

😠 We had an eye problem. Were giving no medication whatsoever. The doctor in the clinic sent us straight for the surgery, 20k. Thanks God we saw other doctors, because problem was solved with 200ksh eye cream. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!
