😠 Worst experience ever. The lady asked irrelevant questions and honestly didn't look like she knew what she was doing. Didn't feel like it was a safe environment to share your most intimate problems. However, the lady at the reception was very nice and friendly

😠 Very poor services especially when the CEO is not there.The staff are sluggish and not concerned about the well being of the patients.There is a slender brown lady doctor very arrongant and does not bother reading the patient's file.I am not happy and cannot recommend this hospital to anyone.

👍 The medical school situated and the heart of thika town , offers the best quality lecture to the medical students

🫤 The hospital is kept clean. However they need to improve on their hygiene practices. They do not have any sanitizer points or proper dispensing soap. They also need to have pedal dustbins (instead of buckets) to avoid spreading of germs from handling. Food is not balanced and needs protein.

👍 The Medical Doctor ( a light skinned lady) offers really patient centered care.

😠 Haes a really bad experience with the agents. They are the worse real estate agents in thika...they duped me into a house without water. And as soon as you sign the contract they can't refund you cash . Worst experience ever....
