👍👍 It's awesome, maintenance is always available. Has pool, gym, sauna, game room. Clean premises. All around great place.

🫤 Building is nice but poor maintenance, bathroom roofs always leaking, lifts breakdown often and nower days stray dogs lurking around. High rent and management is least bothered about tenants safety and satisfaction, the only reply to any complain is you can leave if you have any problem.

🫤 No Gym and swimming pool is still under modification. It is hard to use swimming pool as it is located at the outside. However view is really good.
