Best places: Hiking areas in Phonepheng, Laos

👍👍 A challenging trail with a fantastic panoramic view at the peak. The trail is well marked all the way to the top. We are a family of 5, ages between 42 to 7, and it took us 1:15 hours to climb 700 meters to the top. The climb is quite steep but not too slippery. Highly recommended!

Sizable cave with a walkways for viewing stalactites & stalagmites, plus a spring for swimming.

👍👍 To reach the first viewpoint is already hard, to the top is another 40minutes walk.. my daughter is the first 3 year old who sit on that stone I think, but I had to carry her. It is worth the walk Al the view is amazing. Please don't wear flip flops but hiking boots. The parking is not called silver...

👍👍 Beautiful spot with breathtaking view! We went in the late afternoon and there was only the two of us, prwtty stunning place. Steep path to get up and down, but worth it! If you go to watch the sunset, take a headlamp with you to get down.

👍👍 Great view! It takes about an hour to climb up. It’s a steep, staircase-like hike up. There are three viewpoints, make sure you get all the way up. You won’t be disappointed.
