😠 Been regular here and used to be a good until reception was managed by Lao. There's now a guy in reception busy on phone and gets irritated if you ask for anything like spoon or tissue. Brings unwillingly and bangs at the table, and keeps swearing in some language. Quantity and quality has gone down...
