👍👍 Interesting history of this site - the former Roman-era harbour servicing Mdina, became salt pans for Knights of St John, who exported highly sought-after salt, know for it's purity. 👍👍 Really lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The reserve isn't huge, but we had a nice time walking around the pathway. We were told to have a look in the trees to try and see a chameleon and we were so pleased when we spotted one 😊 this is a rare free experience, make the most of it.
