😐 It is a good place but they neglect the amenities, there is usually a lot of staff turnover. The rent goes up as if everything were impeccable but the maintenance and service of the rest goes down. They sell the place with Steam and Sauna BUT THEY ARE NOT USING SINCE I ARRIVED (2 YEARS)

😠 la peor inversión, jamás compren en este lugar. el drenaje no sirve, con cualquier lluvia se inunda. los vicios ocultos se ven a los pocos días y no dejan de salir. la chica de post venta es muy grosera y con poco conocimiento en temas de costrucciòn,.

😠 Pésimo servicio por parte del departamento de ventas, es un proyecto muy curioso y no genera mucha confianza. Te venden lo que quieren. Mi recomendacion es buscar en otro lado, hay una gran variedad de opciones para invertir en Queretaro.
