😐 I am a regular Guest for this hotel. This time the experience of staying here is not so impressive. This is a second day, the wifi is not working at all. I have raised the issue to the reception but nothing happened. I thought of changing hotel next times.. and oh yeah even the lift is broken

😠 This is the worse hotel experience you can get in kathmandu. The staff are so rude that you couldn’t fell safe with your family .. they come on knocking the door just to check what are we doing 😂 and yess they will fight with you if you turn on the ac switch .. they even service charge for the room...
