😠 The waxing is very unprofessional, the lady has no idea what she’s doing and took it very bad when I criticized her while she literally burnt and bruised me while waxing. Day 2 and I’m still bruised, she claimed the marks were there cause my skin is “sensitive”. Worst experience ever.
