👍👍 Epic gym with fantastic trainers. Highly recommend F45 Ponsonby! After trying F45s in the past I wasn't sure I was a fan but this one is awesome - great workouts and the staff are really helpful, they push you and make sue your form is spot on!

😠 Note that the free trial offer and other discounted offer means that you are signing up to have your credit card debited forever or until you finally click to the fact as I eventually did. 😠 Extremely disappointed with how a situation regarding this gym & their fighters outside of the gym & it's premises were handled. Thank you " TEAM BULLIES " who find punching people and splitting their lip funny , I would not recommend this gym to anyone as they seem to condone such behavior.
