Though I initially was not 100% happy with the outcome of the colour of my hair, she advised it can be redone free...

😠 For $375 I got a crooked haircut and left with dark brown hair, when I gave a picture of a lady with blonde ends. Pretty gutted. Update: They said they would contact me below, but haven't.
