😠 My partner scheduled an appointment via phone last week. Appointment is at 5.30pm. It is now 5.57pm. We can hear the dentist just chatting away to someone. The receptionist hasn't acknowledged us. Have to reschedule as now I am late for my next engagement. What a waste of time. So unprofessional.
