😠 DODGY RETURN POLICY. DON'T BUY ONLINE TO COLLECT IN STORE BEFORE TRYING THE CLOTHES. The website says, "365 days hassle free returns," but when I tried to return something, I clicked and collected it in the store, I was told to ship BACK TO AUSTRALIA (???) after showing them their own return policy...

😠 Went there twice in one day as the product was good, yet both times no one wanted to help. 4 staff around counter just chatting to each other. Out of 7 changing rooms only 3 could be used as filled with racks of clothes. Entire place was a mess yet obviously that isn't priority.
