👍👍 This practise and dr Tony has been my port of call for over 30 years for everything from colds to mental health hiccups. I just don’t know how my life would be without them. Dr tony thinks about the broader picture to identify problems. Thank you for your care and empathy.

😠 Reception is rude and they will not explain anything well, I also found the receptionists to be aggressive and impatient over the phone, e.g. she asks a question; and then wont listen to the answer except to be dismissive and negative. Very distressing when healthy, imagine how discouraging this is...

😠 Friendly reception and great practice nurse however no available appointments over the next 3 1/4 working days isn't great. Have also felt doctor has wanted me out of there asap previously and didn't feel the level of attention was great compared to other doctors I've seen at diffrent practises.
