😠 Slower people and they don't know what they are doing. They take 2 hours to do an exam. I do not recommend it, nor does the team know what needs to be done

👍👍 Dr Alejandro is an excellent doctor! He’s very caring, not to mention his perfect English was so nice in an unfamiliar place. He goes above and beyond, whether it’s walking down to the lab testing centre with you in case no one speaks enough English, or messaging updates on WhatsApp after work hours...

😠 Terrible service at the VILLA LUCRE headquarters, I lost two days going there, they don't give the correct information. 😠 Absolutely the worst service, sitting in the airport now waiting for another test as they never got me my 12 hour pcr test results back in time and most likely going to miss my flight because of it avoid this place at all costs

😠 Not a real lab. They take samples only and send them to the lab somewhere else. That’s why results are 3 to 4 times slower than any other lab in Panama. Not making that mistake again.

😐 Good attention, but the result is that the exams are somewhat slow. I was swabbed on Friday and they gave me the result on Monday, and what they say is 4 to 6 hours

😠 Website states this location is open until 9:00pm... arrived at 8:20pm and it was already closed... wasted $6 on Uber
